The Challenge: The brief was for a different type of call centre and the working environment needed to be quite different to "a standard call centre", lacking the typical buzz of a commercial environment, rather providing a platform for calm, and sometimes compassionate, dialogue.
The Solution: Some cutting-edge solutions have been employed to achieve the exacting needs of this very particular brief. The latest technologies in lighting design were combined with space planning solutions that facilitate privacy and quiet designing for the appropriate mood and atmosphere in a stylish, contemporary interior design scheme
The Results: NHS 24 now have a showcase environment, it won Call Center of the year in 2003 in the environment category. They also have the comfort of knowing that no matter what the problem is, whether it is with the switch, the nework, the cleaning or the decor, they only have one number to call.
