The Solution: Use broadband and a Virtual Private Network to connect your two sites and link to a data centre. Employ owner-drivers, provide GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) and smartphones. Automatically route orders from customers direct to the nearest drivers, with directions and delivery destinations. Ensure back-office systems are integrated and automatically generate invoices to reduce admin costs.

The Results: "We are a volume based operation so broadband is essential. We need to deal with thousands of jobs a day. As well as providing same-day delivery, we guarantee to collect parcels within 30 minutes of the order being placed".

Klicka was awarded a contract with Royal Mail, as the main partner in their same-day delivery service.
