• Worked extensively with Terminal Services at a variety of levels from large Citrix based systems to the new Remote Web Workplace available in Small Business Server, enabling users to access their own PC when out of the office.
  
• Good experience in dealing with mobile email solutions such as Blackberry and in providing roving access via GPRS/3G networks.
