The strategic objectives that I helped to establish during this 14-year career, were long-term commercial relationships with each client - the success of which is demonstrated by the current customer base and the low turnover ratio of clients. This was facilitated, in part, by offering continuity of development, ongoing support for additional and related services and providing solutions that were business focused.

During my time at MAM Software Ltd I helped move the company forward from £0.5k turnover to £8m, 7 staff to 130, whilst maintaining profits year on year.
