Matt is Managing Director of Palmedia, an Internet and Consultancy Company near Bradford and Leeds, West Yorkshire. He is also a Director of a large Housing Association and serves as a Governor of an NHS Foundation Trust.

Through Palmedia Matt has helped over 100 companies take advantage of new technology to deliver better working practices, reduce costs and increase staff effectiveness.

He first worked in audit for big 4 global consultancy KPMG and then in internal audit before founding his own company, which utilises flexible working and internet technology to deliver results for clients whilst retaining a flexible employment structure and low overheads.

He has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, working with clients from large multinational companies to public sector organisations and small businesses.

His public sector experience has included work with organisations such as NHS Trusts, Housing Associations, Universities, Colleges, Local Authorities, the Department for Education and Employment (DfEE), Business Link South Yorkshire, and the Learning and Skills Council.

Matt has experience of flexible working from every perspective, including employee, employer, director, auditor, and consultant, and is uniquely placed to advise all types of organisation on how to get the most from their staff and work effectively.
