I am co-founder and Director of Flexility, a company specifically set up to work with organisations that recognise the need to implement flexible and mobile working but need help to make it happen.

Flexility works with IT, Property and HR teams to develop a practical plan, which aligns the priorities of the business with the needs of the workforce. We offer a range of programmes tailored to suit clients' needs from identifying quick-win solutions to developing full end-to-end reviews to feed into the overall business transformation strategy. We focus on pinpointing who will benefit most from flexible working, identifying the best fit technologies, developing the business case for doing it and recommending how to implement the change.
 
Flexility has helped public and private sector organisations to identify potential workforce productivity gains of up to 20%, while increasing team morale and loyalty.  In addition to this, our clients have been able to demonstrate a positive 2-3 year ROI by realising considerable cash savings from property rationalisation, reduced travel time and office overheads.

It is over 10 years since I had a dedicated desk or office myself and I have first hand experience of the challenges of working as part of national and international virtual teams. Technology is a key enabler, but it is important to address the people and process issues to make it work.

During my 14 year career in the consulting industry, I have worked with large and small clients in the public and private sectors to successfully transform the way they work and live. I have worked with companies such as Vodafone and Accenture, in the financial services, retail and telecommunications industry sectors, and with the global mobile industry association (the GSMA). This wealth of experience means that I am well placed to help organisations to introduce right time, right place working.
