I have client-facing skills in a wide range of professional disciplines both in this country, in Europe and North America.
In 1995 my business focus turned to Internet-related matters and I have been totally immersed in the emerging technology. I have been personally involved in all aspects of ebusiness, working with a variety of clients with varying needs. I have great experience in emarketing and am currently working to develop new systems for use on the internet including
audio-visual training applications.
I also work as an ebusiness consultant with various support organisations and am an accredited Technology Means Business Adviser leading to my joining the Business Link Extended Team, a role that led to my working in the region to e-enable over 200 businesses.
The main focus of the work was to carry out detailed analysis of the business problem, specify a solution and then broker in and interface between the client and providers. I was also expected to identify process and system problems and suggest a workaround or help resolve the problem.
I am on the National Business Link Register as an ebusiness consultant and on the Business Link North East register additionally as a marketing consultant.
