A customer-focused team player with excellent communication skills, including Welsh as his first language, Robat Jones is a capable and qualified IT and eCommerce Adviser.  Working with and for small businesses in a variety of professional and agriculture-related fields, he has considerable experience of specifying appropriate ICT and Web-based solutions especially for administration, information-sharing and marketing functions, and of monitoring project implementation to ensure required standards are met.
Currently working for The ITC as a project manager and as an eCommerce Adviser, Robat Jones provides eCommerce reviews, ICT advice and implementation support services to a broad spectrum of small and medium-sized businesses.  As a remote worker he is a constant user of flexible working methods, and brings this practical experience to bear on client issues.
