A versatile business counsellor with extensive experience of various functions within the business support environment in Wales, Susan John has in-depth experience of providing practical and realistic advice to owner / managers and to SMEs within commercial, industrial and educational environments.  Sound understanding of ICT and its potential in modern business methods gained through the management of a family business for over 20 years, combined with a thorough grasp of the Business Excellence Model, equips her with a solid foundation for advising business clients. 
Currently in contract with The ITC as an eCommerce Adviser, Susan John provides eCommerce reviews, support services and ICT advice to small and medium-sized businesses.  She is also an independent consultant specialising in information and knowledge management for smaller business.
