A highly qualified IT professional and experienced business adviser, Sue Groves-Phillips has considerable experience of implementing IT solutions in large and small organisations, and of working flexibly and remotely on a personal basis.  She can work both as team leader and team member, with a strong focus on customer needs.
Currently in contract with The ITC as an eCommerce Adviser, Sue Groves-Phillips provides eCommerce reviews, support services and ICT advice to small and medium-sized businesses.  She is also an independent IT consultant, specialising in SMEs who are looking to explore the opportunities that the Internet provides to their business, especially selling and marketing online.

Experience includes:

• provision of IT-related and eCommerce advice to many SME clients through a variety of publicly-funded initiatives
• management of ICT solutions within an NHS Trust
• research projects covering many aspects of the use of teleconferencing and Web based technology for training and for information-sharing
